“Life can feel relentless. Work, family, responsibilities, constant noise and when life feels overwhelming, your body carries it."
After more than 24 years working in the corporate world of marketing and events, I decided it was time to follow a long-standing passion for holistic wellbeing. Like many people during lockdown, I took the opportunity to re-evaluate my path and take a leap of faith into a career that allows me to help others feel their best, both physically and mentally.
In 2022, I began my journey into holistic therapy training at the Cheltenham School of Complementary Therapy and Beauty and the Therapy Training School, where I achieved my VTCT Level 2 qualification in Skincare and Facial Massage alongside a Diploma in Swedish Massage.
In 2024 I further developed my skills by qualifying as an Aromatherapist with a Level 3 ITEC Diploma in Aromatherapy Massage, followed by advanced training in Deep Tissue Massage at The Cotswold Academy in Cirencester. I’m passionate about continuing professional development and regularly undertake additional CPD courses, with plans to introduce new treatments in the future.
Having travelled extensively throughout both my corporate and personal life, I often experienced the benefits of spa and wellness treatments around the world. Those moments of relaxation and restoration left a lasting impression and inspired the experience
I now aim to create for my own clients a calm, welcoming environment where every treatment is tailored to the individual.
I believe that everyone, at every age, deserves to feel good about how they look and how they feel.
Through personalised treatments and a focus on relaxation, my goal is to help clients leave feeling both relaxed and revitalised.
